Gabriel W. Nimely
Gabriel is the Managing Manager of G & E Real Estate Development & Investment LLC. His work in real estate is shaped by hands-on experience acquiring, renovating, refinancing, and operating residential properties.
With academic training in accounting and business administration, Gabriel approaches each property as both a physical home and a financial responsibility. That perspective guides G & E’s focus on careful improvements, transparent decision-making, and sustainable long-term ownership.
G & E’s U.S. investment journey began with a three-bedroom single-family home in Sandston, Virginia. Today, the featured portfolio also serves Baltimore residents through furnished shared homes in Lexington, Towanda-Grantley, and Central Park Heights.
Housing with a purpose
Quality housing should be accessible to more people.
That belief led G & E to become a PadSplit host. By thoughtfully renovating homes and offering furnished rooms with flexible terms and included utilities, we aim to provide more affordable shared-housing opportunities and help address the housing shortage in the communities we serve.
